Dr. V. Balu (Venkatraman Balu) was a creative communicator based in Bangalore, India. As an artist, he started off with cartoons and oil paintings. However, for over four decades, his main medium has been paper collages. In addition, he was a writer who has authored books and numerous articles. He had created several collages on the theme of peace. He also authored eight books on peace.
